It seems like Unionbank Philippines may be following in the footsteps of so many banks around the world that have gone in to the red. The situation seems so bad that they are keeping their customers money and can not afford to pay back even small amounts.
This is very worring for customers as we know the big banks around the world have been bailed out by government, ut we suspect the Philippines government would not be able to step in and bail out unionbank.
It may well be they are not going bust but just don’t care about their customers but whatever the reason something is wrong when a bank can not pay back just 700 peso.
