Because you can see again that your beloved Union bank is still stealing it's customers money http://bgshopping.co.uk/2010/06/19/unionbank-philippines-theft-continues/
I am sure if you read this you will help out the poor woman in the story whose baby may well be going hungry because of the actions or lack of action of Union bank.
I know you said you are a customer, but we at BG Stores are well aware of how companies like Unionbank try to defend themselves so we feel sure you are a employee of the bank. If this is the case it is a tactic which we in the UK find rather underhand and the actions of a company trying to hide something.

Joan I hope you subscribed to get email updates. Why did you not answer these questions: Why is it that so many people in your country that could do something to stop children going hungry do nothing about it?
Do you support a system that could mean a persons child has to wait 15 days for food?
Please don't God bless us, If there is a God he evil to allow people to suffer in poverty, to allow children to die of hunger. I have seen his Churches ask the poor of The Philippines for Money, I see the money spent on building churches while children are homeless. I have asked them to open the doors and let the homeless sleep in churches at night, they never replied.

@joan that’s not our beleif it’s the facts.
Why did you not answer these questions: Why is it that so many people in your country that could do something to stop children going hungry do nothing about it?
Do you support a system that could mean a persons child has to wait 15 days for food?
Please don’t God bless us, If there is a God he evil to allow people to suffer in poverty, to allow children to die of hunger. As they do not have the permission of the persons whose money it is to take it for 15 days and I suspect have no legal right. I would say it fits that description very well.
The remarkable thing is it took them one day to refund the money for the case this story was first about, after the Chairman was informed about it. However they still insist it will take others up to 15 days, if they can do it for one they can do it for all.
There is no need for this to take 15 days in other countries it takes about a day.
We care about people and children going hungry, your country has a very high rate of child deaths caused by poverty. We are sure the policy that stops people getting their money for 15 days must be causing children to go hungry. Why is it that so many people in your country that could do something to stop children going hungry do nothing about it?

Client made an error? If she did make a error does this give Unionbank the right to take 8,000 peso of her money?
You Say "may be it’s a peak season of withdrawal like salary period" Does that also give Unionbank the right to steal her money?
You had to call the other bank? Why did Unionbank not do it? It's called customer service.
You say "but there are scenarios that we need to sacrifice & learn from it so next time it will no longer happen.". No person should have to sacrifice because of bad and slow customer service. You have a very strange attitude to this, its the type of attitude that allows companies to keep giving the bad service that keeps your country in poverty.
We care about the poor in this world and we will keep fighting the companies who's bad service we consider a major reason for the poverty.

@Joan If there was a lack of money in her account they would not have been able to steal it from her.
Client made an error?
